Building Inspections

Building inspections are completed by Township officials.

Sewage and Septic Inspections

Privately owned sewage disposal systems such as septic tank systems must be installed and maintained in accordance with the Ontario Building Code. Peterborough Public Health is responsible for these systems in the County, with the exception of the Township of North Kawartha.
