Departments

Peterborough County is responsible for a range of municipal services. Our main office is located at the County Courthouse at 470 Water Street, Peterborough. We also provide services through our Peterborough County/City Paramedics bases, and Public Works offices and garages located throughout the County.

The County is organized into five departments, each reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Peterborough County's Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Deputy Clerk, Deputy Treasurer.

Corporate Services

Our Corporate Services department is home to our IT Division, Communication & Strategic Initiatives Division, GIS, and Lang Pioneer Village Museum.

Finance and Purchasing

The Finance department provides accounting services to all County departments.

People Services

The People Services department is a service-oriented team, supporting a respectful work environment and providing service excellence.

Planning & Public Works

Includes the Planning, Engineering & Design, Facilities, Operations and Waste Management Divisions.

Peterborough County-City Paramedics

PCCP provides emergency medical care to citizens and visitors of both Peterborough County and City.
