Pre-Consultation

Before you submit an application to amend the County Official Plan, or an application for a plan of subdivision or condominium, it is highly recommended that you meet with us to discuss the proposal.  To set up a pre-consultation meeting please fill out our Pre-Consultation Request Form and submit it to the Planning Department as indicated on the last page of the form.
