2023-2026 Strategic Plan Final Report Card
Council has approved the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan Final Report Card, marking the completion of the current Strategic Plan and celebrating the progress achieved over its duration. The report card highlights key accomplishments, milestones, and outcomes that were made possible through the dedication and hard work of staff, Council, community partners, and residents.
As we reflect on these achievements, we also look ahead to the future. Work on the development of the County’s next Strategic Plan is expected to begin in early 2027, providing an opportunity to build on our successes, address emerging priorities, and continue shaping a strong vision for the years ahead. The next Strategic Plan will also consider evolving provincial priorities and legislative direction to help ensure the County remains well-positioned to meet the needs of our community while aligning with broader municipal and provincial objectives.
