Wheelchair accessible Caremobile vehicles that travel throughout the County to take clients to appointments in the County or City of Peterborough. Service is available to individuals with physical challenges who cannot access conventional transportation. Clients may use the service for medical appointments, education, shopping, social activities and planned special events.
GO Transit connects Peterborough County to the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area via bus service from Oshawa GO. There is a stop at County Road 10 and Highway 115 before the route continues into the City of Peterborough.
Peterborough Airport has a passenger terminal, two runaways, and numerous services available for private, charter, and general aviation.

The Trent-Severn Waterway is a system of rivers, lakes, locks, and canals that is operated by Parks Canada starting in Trenton and extending to Port Severn. Many of the lakes in Peterborough County are accessible via this system.
