As Peterborough County Council is committed to addressing and achieving the GHG emissions target reductions identified in our Climate Change Action Plan, we entered into pilot partnership agreement with GreenUp.
A Climate Action at Home Video Series has been created which includes four DIY videos to support residents in taking action in their own homes, including a focus on Insulation Projects, Mechanical Systems, and Draft-proofing. These videos feature expert advice from Chris Magwood from the Endeavour Centre and also feature staff from the County of Peterborough and Selwyn Township. A longer Achieving Carbon Neutral video explores the deeper retrofit measures that would be needed to eliminate or offset our home’s GHG emissions entirely.
