The municipal portion of your property taxes is a combination of the County tax rates and your township tax rates.
Tax rates are set after Council approves the budget. County tax rates include a General rate for all County residents, and a Curbside and Depot rate, which are added to the General rate for residents who receive those services. Until 2015, there was also a special tax rate for the Hospital for all County residents.
