Accessible Customer Service

Council adopted an Accessible Customer Service Standards Policy and trains its employees, members of Council, volunteers and students who interact with the public on behalf of Peterborough County with Customer Service Standards Training, and Accessibility Training Guide. These guides train users on their rights and responsibilities under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005.
