Pursuant to the Planning Act, this Notice is to provide notification to persons whom may have an interest in the property to which the consent application applies. You or an agent may submit your views, in writing (email is accepted) to the Land Division Committee Secretary-Treasurer no later than 4:30 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2022.
If you wish to be notified of the decision with respect to the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Land Division Committee Secretary-Treasurer at the address noted below. Please include an address & phone number. If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision in respect of the proposed consent does not make a written submission to the Land Division Committee Secretary-Treasurer before a provisional consent is granted or refused, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
